You Don’t Need More Ideas — Just Better Flow

Builders, you’re not short on ideas.
You’re short on systems.

You’ve already got the insights — in your commits, your bugs, your late-night rants.
The real play? Turning one strong idea into five assets that work while you ship the next one.

🧠 Here’s How:

  1. Capture a raw thought in Notion or markdown — bullets, links, code, whatever

  2. Expand it into a devlog, tutorial, or essay

  3. Slice it into:
     - Tweets (hooks, gotchas, side quests)
     - LinkedIn blurbs (what changed, what surprised you)
     - Forum replies or dev.to snippets (the “how” in context)

  4. Cross-post where it matters — don’t just copy/paste, reframe

  5. Let replies, questions, and confusion fuel the next idea

This is content as feedback loop.
Not performance.

✏️ Builder Challenge

Set up a 5-column Kanban board:

Idea → Draft → Publish → Share → Feedback

That’s your pipeline.
Notion, Trello, whiteboard — doesn’t matter. What matters is movement.
